It is important to note that, although these can be provided 'off the shelf', they are primarily listed for indication only. Most of our customers choose to either 'pick and mix' from a number of different workshops, or have their own topics in mind.

All workshops are highly interactive and aimed at being enjoyable, with learning taking place through a mixture of tutor led discussion, individual exercises and group work. Content may differ as our emphasis is always on the needs of the organisation and the group.

MANAGING CHANGE EFFECTIVELY

Change affects everyone and every part of the working environment. A team leader should be clear about the scope of intended change and how to manage it effectively. This one day workshop provides delegates with an understanding of the forces for change and the consequences for individuals, teams and organisations. It will investigate the reasons for resistance to change and suggest practical steps which can be taken to minimise this. It looks at the importance of planning change, so important in smoothing the transition and limiting the potential for disruption.

Effective relationships are the cornerstone of a successful team and organisation. This 1 day workshop explores the importance of both internal and external relationships and looks at building effective partnerships. Unfortunately relationships do not always run to plan and sometimes result in conflict. Delegates will understand the reasons for conflict and how to deal with the causes.
