Titles of workshops which we currently offer are listed below. It is important to note that, although these can be provided 'off the shelf', they are primarily listed for indication only. Most of our customers choose to either 'pick and mix' from a number of different workshops, or have their own topics in mind.

MANAGING CONFLICT & AGGRESSION

This one day workshop will provide participants with an awareness of the causes of conflict and aggression, both inside and outside the workplace. It will equip participants with the skills required to help prevent aggression in others and help them to recognise some of the provocative signals which they may unwittingly be giving to others together with the skills to control these signals and use them to advantage.
